How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by clicking the "Book via WhatsApp" button on any service page, calling us at +351 965 431 788, or emailing daniellatherapist@gmail.com. We'll confirm your appointment within 24 hours.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Where do the treatments take place?
We provide mobile massage services throughout the Algarve region. Daniella will come to your location with all necessary equipment to create a relaxing spa experience in the comfort of your home, hotel, or villa.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Before your treatment begins, Daniella will discuss your wellness goals, any areas of concern, and your preferences. This ensures a personalized experience tailored to your needs.
What should I wear during a massage?
You should undress to your comfort level. Professional draping techniques ensure your privacy and comfort throughout the treatment.
How long do treatments last?
Treatment durations vary by service, typically ranging from 60 to 90 minutes. Specific durations are listed on each service page.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer (Multibanco), and MBWay for in-person services. Online product purchases can be made via credit/debit card.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase and make the perfect gift for someone special. They can be used for any of our services or products.
Are there package deals available?
Yes, we offer special massage packages that combine multiple treatments at a discounted rate. Visit our Packages collection to see current offers.
Products & Shipping
Do you ship products internationally?
We currently ship to Portugal and European Union countries. Shipping costs €4.90 via CTT with delivery in 2-5 business days.
Can I pick up products locally?
Yes! Free local pickup is available in Albufeira. Personal delivery by Daniella can also be arranged within Albufeira.
Health & Safety
Are there any contraindications for massage?
Certain medical conditions may require doctor approval before receiving massage therapy. Please inform us of any health concerns, injuries, or conditions during booking.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Yes! We offer specialized pregnancy massage designed for expectant mothers. Please let us know how far along you are when booking.
